I have a booking assistant that is repeating details. It does great during the initial booking, but when you call to change or cancel an appointment, it repeats the details. What can I add to my prompt to eliminate this>
I noticed this too- I think itโs how GHL catches these custom tool payloads. As soon as the custom tool fires and updates, it almost skips back. Might be able to fix it with the line of prompting that tells it to switch back-and-forth between how it says the date confirmation but havenโt tested yet
Looking for a best practice. Searched through skool(ugh) Use case, I have a restaurant that updates their website for menus, beer taps, music, events each on a separate page. I have a voice assistant answering the phone and would like it to scrape the page to provide info to the inbound call. Thanks Rock Stars
