Damaged poster
Iāve had a message from a customer telling me their poster has been damaged. The box has arrived crumpled. Iāve emailed print shrimp but no reply yet. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

If you go onto print shrimp it tells you what happens if an order is damaged in transit. They need photo proof and will send out a replacement free of charge

Will my designs be the right quality?
Looking for some reassurance please.. Ive set up my shop and got listing's on. All the images, I've crested on midjourney and upscaled creative. I've then created my posters on canva and downloaded as A0 max resolution and file size max 75mb. Will these be crisp quality for printing? Im proud of my creations but nervous about the print quality due to my choices.

Help with canva download?
Heyy. So I've created designs, designed layout in canva. Im now downloading as PDF print with CMYK. Just wondering if I need to flatten? And do I need to include crop marks and bleed? Im new lol any help appreciated
