HIPAA?
I’ll probably sound like a broken record here. I saw somewhere the Assistable may be HIPAA compliant this quarter. Can anyone shed some light here? I’m hanging on strong and trying to get rid of a few other solutions where we do have HIPAA and a BAA with.

Is this still on the Roadmap anytime soon? It’s a requirement for us in the Health & Medicare Insurance Niche. Wondering what the ETA is?

@Assistable Team @Jorden Williams I see this but I went we click it is not an options on the next page. (see attached) Health and Medicare insurance agencies are required to use HIPAA compliance solutions. Someone mentioned something that you guys were trying to get it official with VANTA. Is there an ETA or is this something that is not on the roadmap for 2025. We'd like to plan accordingly.

I just got off a call with one of our largest users gathering feedback and feature requests. I'd love your input as well. I'm looking for your smallest and biggest wishlist items. Keep in mind we do a roadmap as well. https://assistable.ai/roadmap that will get updates soon. Over the coming weeks when Jorden is back he will be training me on how to make changes to the backend. Ability for External GHL Accounts (subaccounts that live under other GHL agencies) to re-Connect their own GHL accounts. We have clients that don’t live in our GHL Agency. We build in their existing subaccount often owned by other agencies. A the moment we have to login for them. Instead we want them to be able to do this on their own ClearTalk and Synthflow offer this with no issues.
Cancel Numbers & Change Subscription
Have the options to delete numbers changed and make changes to subscriptions. In the past we were able to cancel numbers and make updates under the agency settings by going to the portal (stripe). same place where we update card information. We have like 35 DIDs we will no longer use. Just want to know has this changed so I'm not spending too much time searching it Or are we no longer able to get this done without contacting support or putting in a ticket? Yes, support ticket has been submitted
