Neck tension
I have a question with breath. Today I notice that when I was breathing down past belly, stomach rising up, I would feel tension coming up into my neck. How do I release that neck tension?

You want to avoid the neck breathing at all costs. If you are having tension in your neck, then throughout the breathing focus on keeping the shoulder blades down and relaxed tension in the neck will shut down how you operate at the pelvis and rib cage.
Exercises
Sorry if this information is somewhere in the program but I couldn't find it. Are we supposed to be doing exercises 0-5 then add days 6-10 exercises to those, or do we stop doing 0-5 day exercises and only do 6-10 exercises? Hope that makes sense! Lol

@Bruce Geary yes remodeling tissue can take time, so keep at it.. and there where be some ups and down for sure but keep with the breathing throughout and it will start to release the tension/guarding.

Hi! Question about exercise 4. My wrist gets really tired while holding the position. Are there any alternatives for the wrist? Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for the question as this is a common question for that exercise. A couple things could be occurring, but I want to bring back emphasis on the abdominal work that you should feel when doing it. Your body doesn’t trust your trunk/core yet therefore it’s putting a lot of weight through your wrist. As you do more, your wrist will take off so much low because this exercise is completely focused on abdominal work. What you can do is not shift forward and just stay neutral. Let me know how that works and then I can upload something to help out if it still have pain without the shifting forward.
