Posted 2 ads (2 groups) in a town of less than 5k and I already have 2 leads within 10 minutes. Just works :)

I have tried it continuously for 3 weeks (1 time a week in different groups) so far in groups that have a total of 30k business members. First week I got 15 replies, 2nd week I got 10 and 3rd week I got 14. Out of all the replies I got, the interview conversion has been only 4 people. I did a fair amount of follow-up too. But for some weird reason, many folks did not book an interview. I said the zoom meeting will be recorded and the video will be given to them for free. 10 people asked if I edit the video as shorts and promote the shorts also in various FB groups for free. I said I can do it for a $97 fee. Otherwise it will be unedited video for free. That is where most people did not respond after that. Not sure If I am doing it right. @Jeff Schwerdt - Are the following results typical? Out of 39 people who said they are interested: 2 interviews booked and no shows. Follow-up done and no replies. 4 interviews booked and completed 0 conversions out of 4 interviews completed (my offer is Google reviews, Local SEO or AI chatbot on their website depending on where they are currently in their business). Everybody said they will "think about it and get back". We all know what that means. For some reason, I feel that I am attracting freebie seekers through these posts. They are not interested in any offer I have in the end. What are others conversions like? I understand nothing is easy, but I feel like I am doing a lot of work for zero results. I just want to understand where am I going wrong. I need some guidance to make it work.
