@Malikhi Greig man I think 90⁰ for u as a beginner is a bit complex but that doesn't mean u can't do it u can but first u need to be able to do a tuck planche and handstand push up (wall assisted) cause u wanna build that shoulder strength and after mastering all the skills u should go for the progressions like pseudo push ups, pseudo push up lift off and gradually u will make it
Hey, I recently started calisthenics around a month ago and I learned frog pose, crow pose, tuck L sit and headstand. Now I am trying to learn how to do a handstand but it's just super hard to push up with my hands. Can someone give me some tips.
And also use ur phone to record yourself because I learnt the wall assisted handstand today literally.so my best advice would be try keepingsoft cushion or pillows under the position and try falling on it so u would get over ur fear.also while kicking up lean a bit forward in the motion because ur main target is making ur hips go over ur head not the legs
I m 13 and started calisthenics 6 months ago and have unlocked many skills like one arm push up,skin the cat, elbow lever and almost all the push up variation thanks to calisthenics
