Hey, I recently started calisthenics around a month ago and I learned frog pose, crow pose, tuck L sit and headstand. Now I am trying to learn how to do a handstand but it's just super hard to push up with my hands. Can someone give me some tips.
@Parsley Achero hi, the thing is I can only do a headstand starting from a frog pose. However when I try pushing my hands up to a handstand it takes so much energy and I end up falling over. Btw falling on my back while doing a handstand hurts ðŸ˜. I am not able to kick up yet. Still learning that
My goal is to do a normal handstand, I thought we had to go from headstand then push up to a handstand. So no I am not trying to do a press into a handstand. Just a regular one. I tried using the walls but getting my self straight against it is hard and I have the fear of falling down🥲.
