Addiction struggle
Hello fam, I struggle with quitting marijuana.. have been smoking daily for over 20 years and I really want to stop.. I find it hard cos I'm always alone and it has become my 'friend ' I keep failing at my quit attempts and feel fed up with this addiction. I just want to move forward and be my best self Any tips/inspiration would be greatly appreciated Thank you 💖

Thank you everyone 💓 This community is amazing, you are all amazing Grateful to be here and to connect with you all Thank you all for your wonderful advice I have cut down and have started microdosing.. doing some breathwork, kundalini yoga, gratitude lists, reflection and self assessment and I am feeling better everyday 🙏💖
