What’s your go to practice for coming back to center?
I'm curious to know what you guys lean on to come back to your truth, and away from the illusions of life. Breathwork, walks, journaling, music... whatever brings you home to yourself… it might help someone else too.

Hello everyone as for me I've finally managed to come back to myself the last couple of weeks by slowing down and by stopping to run away and losing myself into superficial relationships.. just taking time for me and learning to accept and truly love myself what I call facing myself 😊

@Justin Peters thanks for asking lol pretty good actually I feel grateful and blessed just because I trust life will always bring me what I need and that the timing is perfect 👌 also I try not to be hard on myself when I feel like I haven't worked everything out yet because it's a lifetime's journey so I just try to make the most of each day 🙏
Gratitude Day
Gratitude is the cure all.. you can't convince me otherwise. It reminds us what's here now vs what's missing.. Always reminding us that the goodness is readily available to us when we pay attention. It also helps ur rewire our brain to see things differently in every area of our life.. giving us the wisdom that it's ALL happening for us and not to us. What are 3 things you're grateful for?

I've started pilates this fall and I'm going to my class every week even though it's late, dark and cold outside and I always feel so good when I go home 🏠
What’s the lesson life is teaching you right now?
Life’s always whispering something. Sharing it helps you anchor the growth. What's life teaching you right now? For me ... it's teaching me that I have the ability to be the commander of my mind, and my world. Even when I don't feel like doing something, I can train the part of my mind that has the hesitation, fear, etc. and do it anyway. Each time I do it (even when I don't want to), i'm making my command center stronger & more efficient... The mind learns to obey and the body follows. It's been a game changer and has made doing anything fun because now it's a competition to train my command center and make it as powerful as possible.

Life is teaching me to enjoy every single minute because time flies by and each day is a gift 🎁 and to find peace and beauty wherever I go because that's what I'm feeling inside 🙏
The “I AM” Practice
There’s a powerful truth that’s been passed down through spiritual teachings, personal development, and even modern psychology: You become what you think about all day long. The words you use after “I AM” are some of the most creative forces in your life. They shape your beliefs, your energy, and how you show up in the world. Think about two people who wake up in the morning. One says, “I am exhausted. I am stressed. I am unlucky.” That energy colors their entire day. The other says, “I am grateful. I am strong. I am capable.” Same morning, same world.. but completely different experience. Each morning, before you look at your phone or get pulled into the noise of the day, complete this sentence with three uplifting words: 👉 “I am ______. I am ______. I am ______.” For example: - I am healing. - I am worthy. - I am love. Say them out loud. Write them on a posty note for your bathroom. Write them down. Let them become the lens through which you experience your day. What are YOUR three “I Am” statements today? Drop them in the comments.. not only will it anchor them for you, but it might inspire someone else who needs those exact words today.
