Sit outside, meditate, watch the clouds, pray, hum and sing. Spend time a lone instead of asking others for advice. This is how we stop over thinking and receive the answers from God, the universe, our intuition. More thinking can block us from receiving the answers from above and within. Be open to receive, surrender and let go. Sometimes doing nothing requires the most discipline.
