Where does consciousness come from?
Why do you think some people live and die in the Matrix? Never able to see beyond their conditioning. While others seem to see through it right from the start? Do you think it's about soul purpose and the role we are predestined to play? Free will? Reincarnation? Karma? Satan doing his job to well? Where does that consciousness come from?

Some are just so caught up on the physical world- wake up, eat junk food , work, sleep repeat. I think some people have experiences that makes them reflect inwards and start the journey of spirituality- and i also think that it is their soul purpose. You’ll see it in them as a child- always questioning, admiring the earth, loved to explore by themselves, loves to learn. I completely get what you mean- why is it that some people are awake?. Find God (or whatever you feel are guided by) and meet your people- they will find you..
