Have any of you tried one of these spider head massagers?
Have any of you tried one of these head/scalp massagers? I just bought one, and honestly… I’m really surprised by how good it feels. I find it very calming. It gives a nice sensory feeling, helps me relax, and feels like a small “reset button” for my brain after a busy day. Have you tried it? Did it help you too?

What Pets do you have? Let's see if ADHD prefers a certain kind
Okay, I'm not that crazy lady - but I have seven cats. I only ever wanted two - but thanks for my kids, Covid and one two week old stray - I now have seven and and eighth stray (I can't get close to) lives and I feed in my backyard. I've already rescued and re-homed two strays (three of my seven are in the picture).

A bit embarrassing as a grown man, but I’m kind of scared of most pets 🙈 Birds make me really uncomfortable, cats are okay if they stay calm, and dogs feel like wolves with love added 😅 The worst part is when I see a cute fluffy dog like a Chow Chow. That’s when I really hate this phobia, because I just want to hug it and pet it… but my body says “stay away”. 😭
From overwhelm to meaning
Hi, my name is Usman, I’m 44 years old and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, with my wife and our three children. I was diagnosed with ADD at the age of 41. Right now I’m unemployed and trying to figure out my next step, whether that means going back into a job or building something of my own around AI, coaching, mentoring, and helping people in a meaningful way. You can ask me questions about: • ADD and how it affects daily life • being a father to a son with ADHD • AI tools and prompts that can help people with ADHD in practical ways I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: 1. Help with not getting stuck in my projects 2. Support in finally building something meaningful that helps others 3. Better ways to avoid burnout, loss of motivation, and the anxiety of starting again For fun, I like to: 1. Explore AI tools and creative ideas, especially ways they can support people with ADHD 2. Reflect on spirituality, purpose, and the meaning of life through an Islamic lens, and sometimes arrange workshops about it to inspire hope and healing 3. Use my creativity to design posters, make videos, and support NGOs with content for orphaned children in Pakistan

@Deb Brouwer Thank you so much, this really means a lot. What you said about Day 4 and Day 5 sounds really exciting, and I’m looking forward to that part when it starts and I get access to it. It’s also encouraging to hear that the program made a real difference for you. And I appreciate your honesty about your first impression of it, that actually reassures me.

@Linda Trup Thanks for sharing that Linda. I’ve heard about NLP before, but I’ve never really explored it properly. Maybe I should look into it now, so thanks for the tip.
