It changes my entire day. I call it the "#Believe Walk". Here is how it works. Go outside. You need fresh air. You need to move your legs. You need to get out of your box. Put your headphones in. Don't listen to the news. Don't listen to music. Listen to something that makes you want to build your dreams. I listen to stories of Steve Jobs or other legends. Walk for 20 minutes. That is it. If you start your day surrounded by greatness, you will act with greatness. If you start your day with negativity, you will stay stuck. Your environment dictates your success.
