Hi everyone, great to be here I started calisthenics bout 3/4 weeks ago and I am loving it, last week I managed to hold a handstand for 5 seconds! Whoop My goal is 30 seconds, maybe a muscle up and a flag which would be epic! I can't remember what else was suggested to write about, Oh yes my insta is @lumina_soul_healer tho I don't post much gym stuff unless I'm using it in my posts.
