@Ricardo Jorge nope i have not even attempted that yet! I was kinda sometime effectively pushing back with my fingers and palms, ill give this a try next 💪🏼
Handstands and shoulderstands
Training was gym: Bench, deadlift squat etc. But ended with Handstand practice and making sure I can still do this shoulderstand transition.

Hi everyone, great to be here I started calisthenics bout 3/4 weeks ago and I am loving it, last week I managed to hold a handstand for 5 seconds! Whoop My goal is 30 seconds, maybe a muscle up and a flag which would be epic! I can't remember what else was suggested to write about, Oh yes my insta is @lumina_soul_healer tho I don't post much gym stuff unless I'm using it in my posts.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert so if I'm doing L sits or pike holds its quite hurty, if I'm doing crow or handstands on the paralettes then it seems to be less pressure the wrist warm ups do hurt quite a bit

Hi everyone, just joined the community, hoping to get some inspo for this new to me Calisthenics journey, I enjoy the gym and hiit circuits and some pole fitness, but due to injuries I've lost lots of strength and fitness. Hoping this can help me improve and become less injury prone ♥️ much love
