Heart Healthy -- The Ayurvedic Way
In the February Yoga and Cooking program, we shared ways to connect with the subtle vibrations of our heart center, which is the seat of our inner bliss and soul. We meditated on the Anahata Chakra (heart center), sipped on a vibrational heart opening tea and enjoyed a hearty, heart healthy protein and fiber rich meal. When making the choices for this month's program, it became clear that all that we do comes back to the heart. How do you nurture your heart? Classes are available in the Classroom

I made the paneer and broccoli dish. It was very tasty. I used store bought paneer but will try making fresh next time. I nurture my heart with self-love.
