Not quite a picture of me! ….. but this is what we had yesterday and today. So had to get the grippy trainers on to go for a walk😀

Hey Gang, what's the plan for this week? Is it to do the coherence breathing, to do the shake, tap, slap? Maybe it's stretching, if so, how long etc. Just by writing it down, you increase your chance of success, so I cannot wait to read your pledge. Mike

I will do the breath stretching at least 3 times. And I intend to do the shake tap slap coherence every evening.
