Appeal an Appeal ?
The day after an appeal hearing and would like to know if worth appealing the appeal or even possible as the judge focused on the speeding charge that had been withdrawn previously, I was appealing the ability to provide details(names) of potential drivers on a sheet seporate from the section 172 provided by police, I provided case law that allowed this the judge however kept questioning me about the speeding, he stated he didnt "believe it", completely ignored my evidence and case law.
Section 172 form
Hi, Sent a statutary delaration to the CPS on a failure to fill in the section 172 form for (camera) speeding, in court next week, can I use this ? thanks

This is an appeal due to the fact I didn’t receive the original court hearing, dimebar recommended a stat declaration to court and CPS which was ignored and the appeal is next week, are they not supposed to rebut at least, thanks

Trust property
Hi, Just looking at some older comments on trusts, I saw a comment re the property going into the trust being" under IHT threashold," has IHT any bearing on property going into a trust, ? also has anyone set up a trust for rental property ?,thanks

I was under the impression that the rental monies go into the trust and tax is only paid by the beneficiaries, the same with a Ltd co owned by the trust (98%) ie plumbing business or other, the money goes straight into the trust and tax paid by the beneficiaries when taken/given

Hi Peter I just reviewed another site I was looking at before finding yourself, they stated that for Income tax purposes the trust property (rental) acts as a pass through with the beneficiaries responsible when extacted from the trust, so if income tax is due are you saying that it would it be the trustee(s) that pay. If so how does that work if an unregistered Private trust, thanks
Section 172 form NIP
Hi I have a crown court appeal case on 1st December for failling to provide drivers information on section 172 form for a speeding charge that was withdrawn, I had provided the both drivers details on a seporate letter attached, I have prepared for the trial thanks to Dimebar but was wondering if there is also an opportunity to include Equity as I had provided the required details but not on thier form, thanks
