Tax payer status
I watched a video that did, and there was a question about tax to which Peter answered depending if you've declared yourself a "Taxpayer"
I recently received a statement from the tax man demanding late payment fees whic,h interestingly are for the last 6 years. I haven't filled a tax return for much longer than that, so I'm assuming the previous assumptions from the tax man as to my taxable status are now statute barred. I've also not been on the register of electors for 20 years.
My question is, how do I assert my non tax payer status?
