Just wanted to put it out there on this group that Aaron is now coaching young goalkeepers! It seems like 5 minutes ago that Aaron was attending J4K coaching sessions and aiming to earn keeper of the week and now he is handing the awards out at the end of each session. Although it's not with J4K, getting the coaching from J4K and combining it with his experience and the training at his football college has given him a great platform to help young keepers. Really proud of him.

So my daughter has been offered a goalkeeper position for a development team but already plays for a Saturday and Sunday grassroots. She is only 9 and has only been playing 2years (This is her 2nd season) she constantly wants to learn, progress and get better but I don’t want to put too much pressure on her to a point where she loses love for the game and I also don’t know what the difference is between grassroots and development teams. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou
