Vectorising
Hi, please could someone help me with when to vectorise a Canva image please. If I’m creating a poster with text and graphics, would this need to be vectorised incase someone orders a large size? Thank you

Downloading a resized poster in Canva
Hi, apologies if this has been covered - I couldn’t find it in the chat… have my second order that needs resizing. I have done this in Canva. I just wanted to check - the download pixel size options for a PNG file do not exactly match the recommended ones in your chart - does it matter if I download at slightly higher pixels?

Etsy Ads management options
Hi everyone, I currently have 39 listings and am looking at turning ads on. I’ve read a few people comments on putting their daily ad spend to $3 or more however, I have 3 set options to choose from $5, $10 or $25. I’ve done an online chat with Etsy and they’ve said that is standard for everyone. Has the manage option changed? Thank you

Hello, I have just received a notification about a message from a potential buyer on the seller app. I accepted the message to see if it had a badge in the subject line but this is what was there. Am I doing not doing something obvious? Please could you help. Thank you
