The Release Phase | The Next Level is Upon Us 🤲🏾✨
Many different waves of emotions have been coming up this month. That’s okay, let them. Use it as reflection. Let that reflection take you on a trip to a higher level of awareness within yourself, and your behaviors. Once that new peak of awareness is reached, you have opened the doorway to the next chapter. Things are coming up in your reality to finally release itself out of your subconscious completely. Look at it like a test to see if you ready for the next level. I believe you are, your life is about to change for the better……. stay strong through the shifts 👁️✨ I originally opened threads and this started to pour out of me, But I wanted to share it with my tribe in here first. 3 Day Jungle Disconnection 🌴
I’ve been on a 3-day jungle disconnection since we last spoke. I took a 2-hour bus ride into a jungle/forest area in Mexico and completely unplugged from my phone. No scrolling, it’s not even much noise out here. Just fully integrating the practices we’ve been building together as a tribe. Peace. Regulated nervous system & Feeling safe in my body. I watched the sun rise. Sat with the rain in meditation. Did long breathwork sessions. Stayed present. Used my phone only to capture a little here and there to show y’all, but nothing more than that. Now the new week has started and I can feel a shedding, being born again. Unlocked a new transformation. So I want to check in with y’all since I been gone for 3 days…. Have you still been implementing the systems? What’s been shifting for you?

I love these views 😍. I’ve definitely still been implementing the system. I feel way more grounded into my body. I feel less of an urge to be on my phone throughout the day especially on social media. I’ve been taking more action towards grounding my ideas and coming up with new ways to create content surrounding them 🙌🏾🙌🏾

🌿 Peace as a Lifestyle (Update + Reminder)
{My Peace Created a Great win} Just woke up from a very grounding calm nap, and I’m about to take a long, slow, meditative shower…….then dive straight into some yoga. Btw, I just woke up to 3 book sales & 2 people paying to personally work with me. This all happened in the span of a 1hr 15 min nap. I’m saying this because this is what a peaceful avatar actually looks like family. & ik yall been creating it too. A peaceful state should be a choice for us everyday tribe, we been doin this together…. Recalibrating the avatar. This is the lifestyle we building in The New Body Installation: - slowing the body down - choosing rest over rushing - choosing regulation over reaction - choosing Earth over the phone - choosing safety over stimulation By the time I’m done with my shower + yoga, it’ll be close to our 9PM No-Phone Protocol, so if I haven’t responded to your message today, I’ll get back to you tomorrow. I’m aligning my avatar with the exact frequency I’ve been teaching you: calm, grounded, safe, and present. The more I been living like this, the more my reality follows. And the same applies to you. 🕊️ MIDDAY PEACE SYSTEM | Reality is Peaceful
This system is designed to pull your avatar OUT of survival mode and INTO the frequency of embodied peace. This will go beyond mindset, this is LITERALLY imitating the peace and safety into your reality. You should feel it though your body. 💯 this is a quick system to try out today. 1. 🌬️ Peace Exhale (60 seconds) Inhale for 3 Exhale for 6 x 6 rounds. This turns OFF the fight-or-flight system in the avatar immediately, causing your body to ground itself into its blissful state. 2. 🌿 The Peace Environment Shift (2–5 minutes) Your avatar becomes the environment it sits in. If your environment holds chaos, noise, clutter, or stimulation…your avatar will too at some point. So for 2–5 minutes, you shift your REALITY into peace by: - turning off background noise - dimming the lights or opening natural light - clearing ONE small surface (desk, counter, bed corner) - changing your physical position (sit on the floor, step outside, etc) This signals to your subconscious that Peace is now the dominant environment for you. Environment shifts cause identity shifts, which leads nervous system shifts. 3. ☕ The Peace Offering Ritual (1–3 minutes) This is the REAL magic. This is something physical to do that grounds peace into the avatar. Choose ONE: - make warm tea - take 3 sips of water slowly - feel the rain or wind for 30 seconds - place a hand on your heart + breathe once - put one object back where it belongs - light incense or a candle - step outside and look at ONE tree/cloud This is designed to let your avatar know and FEEL its safety and peace. ✨ If you completed all 3: Comment: “My Body is at Peace, Earth is Peaceful” This mini system, shifts everything in your timeline.
