✨ What do you do to relax, unwind, or meditate? ✨
I’d love to know how each of you takes time to slow down, reconnect, or recharge. 💛 For me, it’s crocheting. It’s my form of meditation — a space where I can relax, enjoy the moment, and create something beautiful and wearable with my own hands. 🧶 It helps me feel calm and centered. And when I need an energy boost or to shift my mood — I dance! 💃 I just put on some music, move my body, and instantly feel my energy rise. I like to clean and tidy, de-clutter. having a tidy space helps me to feel calmer and happier in my space. 😂 Maybe a should find a more relaxing way to unwind. i do like taking long baths and swimming, but somehow I feel more drained after. Tidying fills me up with energy and then I am just proud looking at my new clean, tidy and organised space

Hey beautiful Creators 💛- I’ve been feeling into this question lately: What does it actually mean to create the life you want — not from hustle or fixing mode, but from aliveness? For me, it’s been less about doing more and more about reconnecting with myself — my body, my pleasure, my truth — and letting action flow from that place. Some days that looks like writing or dancing or just taking a walk and remembering I’m a living, breathing miracle. Other days it’s sitting in stillness with a cup of tea, letting clarity find me instead of chasing it. I’d love to hear what’s been helping you stay connected to your creativity or your transformation lately. What practices, rituals, or tiny daily things bring you back to yourself? ✨

I realised that when I have the rare time that I am alone when eating I want to reach to a "quick fix", let it be a tv show, youtube or even a podcast. I got so annoyed at myself for having that as my first instinct, that I now just sit in calmness, looking out at my garden while eating. Trying to be there in the moment, while nourishing my body.
