For me, it’s crocheting. It’s my form of meditation — a space where I can relax, enjoy the moment, and create something beautiful and wearable with my own hands. 🧶 It helps me feel calm and centered.
And when I need an energy boost or to shift my mood — I dance! 💃 I just put on some music, move my body, and instantly feel my energy rise.
