Day 2 Sea Otter 10x1:1 resistance breath followed by a breath hold 1 minute 55.24 seconds. Felt happy with my improvement in one day. I liked the exercise and plan to have my students and audience members at my presentation do this.

Hi Stig, I am so excited to connect and delve deeper into all things respiration and breathe related. My journey from CPTSD to PTG post traumatic growth has both been born from single breaths. My CPTSD hit when I inhaled my sonโ€™s last exhalation and yet that breath saved me when I wanted to end my life. I came to believe I am living with a duel breath, mine and his. I have begun speaking publicly and professionally on all things suicide prevention to encourage and guide dynamic grounded living to be upstream from the depths of depression. That is why Kenneth felt your book would be such a support and mentoring resource. I am beyond excited to get started. Thank you for all of your work.
