Creatine as a helper in the healing journey
After the research that is coming out about creatine, which I have been taking in small amounts, I decided to up amount daily for 3 weeks. I am on the last week of this 3 weeks dosing schedule. I use only 15 grams, not the research studies 25 grams. I mean 25 grams is a large amount of powder. I am using 15 grams. It does work! I focus better and am less agitated by life.
