Your Safety Is Allowed...
Hey Queen, Here's a grounding affirmation to help your body release bracing, settle the nervous system, and remember that calm and feeling safe is allowed.

DAY 5: Release — Letting the Body Complete the Stress Cycle
Hey Queen! Up to now, we’ve been creating safety, slowing down, and protecting your energy. But here’s the truth most people skip: Your body may still be holding stress that never got a chance to move through. Stress isn’t meant to stay stored in the body. It’s meant to complete its cycle. When stress doesn’t get released, it shows up as: tight shoulders, clenched jaw, shallow breath, fatigue, irritation. Not because you’re broken but because your body has been doing its job without relief. Today isn’t about digging into the past or rehashing emotions. It’s about letting your body do what it already knows how to do. Release doesn’t require a story. It requires movement and permission. Here’s a Fun + Engaging Prompt Let’s keep this embodied and a little playful. Body Release Check-In: - The part of my body holding the most tension right now is ________ - If that part could make a sound, it would sound like ________ - If my body could release one thing today, it would be ________ Now the practice (5–7 minutes total): - Gently shake your arms and legs - Roll your shoulders - Stretch your neck - Let out an audible sigh (yes, out loud) No performing. No doing it “right.” Just notice how your body responds. Affirmation for Day 5: My body knows how to let go.

- The part of my body holding the most tension right now is my back and hips - If that part could make a sound, it would sound like a pop and crack - If my body could release one thing today, it would be stress
Welcome to Day 1 of the 7-Day New Year Reset Challenge
Hey Queen… This week is about closing the year with honesty, ease, and self-trust, no pressure, no perfection, no fixing. Just reflection, release, and a gentle reset of your heart and standards. Day One is called The Year in Receipts. Today, we’re simply looking back without judgment. Think curiosity, not criticism. Grab a drink, get comfortable, and scroll through your year with fresh eyes. Notice the plot twists, the lessons, and the moments you didn’t give yourself credit for. No shame. No spirals. Just awareness because clarity is how we begin again. Day One Prompt: Let’s have some fun… If your year were a group chat, a playlist, or a headline… Finish one of these (or all if you’re feeling it): - “This year really said ______.” - “The lesson I kept dodging until it tapped me on the shoulder was ______.” - “I didn’t realize how strong I was until ______.” - “One thing I’m leaving in this year—no carry-on—is ______.” 💬 Share one line in the comments. No explanations required 😆😆😆

The lesson I kept dodging until it tapped me on the shoulder was I need to take better care of my health and body.
12 noon check in 12/25 - Merry Christmas Beautiful
The holidays have a way of calling old versions of us to the stage. Old traditions. Old expectations. Old obligations dressed up as “that’s just how it’s always been.” But Love Rehab is about rehab, not reruns. ✨ This is your permission slip to retire the role. ✨ You don’t owe anyone a performance this season. ✨ You are allowed to show up as YOU — rested, honest, spacious. New traditions get to be born here. Traditions that include: • Saying no without guilt • Choosing peace over pressure• Rest over responsibility • Joy over obligation • You overrule everyone else’s comfort 📝 Day 6 Reflection Prompt: What role am I ready to release as this year closes and what would it look like to create a new holiday tradition that honors the real me? Say it out loud. Write it down. Feel it in your body. This is you stepping out of character… and into truth. Tomorrow, we seal it all in. But today? We drop the costume. 🎭 You’re not selfish. You’re sovereign. And that’s a whole new tradition. That part. 💋

Welcome Tia to The Love Rehab Academy!✨
@Tia Alcala Sis… come on in. We’ve been saving you a seat. From NY to the Academy, you just walked into a space where your worth is the starting point. You said you’re done proving your worth to people who can’t see it and overstaying when you know it’s time to go? That’s EXACTLY the kind of clarity we honor here. Welcome!
