Hey Queen!
Up to now, we’ve been creating safety, slowing down, and protecting your energy.
But here’s the truth most people skip:
Your body may still be holding stress that never got a chance to move through.
Stress isn’t meant to stay stored in the body.
It’s meant to complete its cycle.
When stress doesn’t get released, it shows up as:
tight shoulders, clenched jaw, shallow breath, fatigue, irritation.
Not because you’re broken but because your body has been doing its job without relief.
Today isn’t about digging into the past or rehashing emotions. It’s about letting your body do what it already knows how to do.
Release doesn’t require a story.
It requires movement and permission.
Here’s a Fun + Engaging Prompt
Let’s keep this embodied and a little playful.
Body Release Check-In:
- The part of my body holding the most tension right now is ________
- If that part could make a sound, it would sound like ________
- If my body could release one thing today, it would be ________
Now the practice (5–7 minutes total):
- Gently shake your arms and legs
- Roll your shoulders
- Stretch your neck
- Let out an audible sigh (yes, out loud)
No performing. No doing it “right.” Just notice how your body responds.
Affirmation for Day 5:
My body knows how to let go.
