This week, weโre flipping the switch on scarcity and lack as we explore what happens when we nurture our awareness and it begins to grow! This is literally how I've grown my 6 fig. coaching biz without undue stress or overwhelm! (and, in my past, I've built 6 fig businesses WITH undue stress and overwhelm, too, so I can really appreciate the difference this time around!) ;) Weโre getting into some EFT Tapping together this week, too! Join the 8-week free Coaching program here: https://www.skool.com/becoming-more-me-community/classroom/fac40aa9?md=02fb8abb63b84cc5adfe8275aba7f7c0 After you've watched the Week 3 Video, please share: 1. Where are you letting Scarcity and Lack creep in and Run the Show? 2. Where does the switch need to be flipped in your current narratives so that you can feel more abundant and develop a knowing that what you most desire is available to you? 3. Go over to The Private Sessions resource in the classroom and choose a session to do. There are currently more than 55 to choose from! Tell me the title of the video you watched and tapped along with and what your number was at the beginning and end as well as all of the "AHA" moments you had as you worked through the tapping round (aka. new perspectives, feelings that came up or shifted, differences from beginning to end, etc.). Each video in the private sessions resource gives detailed instructions. Have fun flipping the switch and discovering new things about yourself this week! Can't wait to hear your answers and support you through this! PS. If you know a woman who would benefit from this group and coaching, please send her the link below to invite her to join our group! We are a new a growing community and it's a beautiful time to be part of it! I'm excited to celebrate 100 Members THIS week and I thank you for being my founding members! https://www.skool.com/becoming-more-me-community/about

@Amy Feldhacker I'm so glad that session with Donae from the ADHD Crash Course Podcast shifted things for you! Now you can use it (or something similar) when you know you need a boost! I know from working with you that you have been really committed to your self-growth in the last year. That, in itself, is a cycle. You're doing amazing things, Amy! Keep up consciousness-expanding awesome work! :)

@Shelly Besancon @April Bentley can I tell you how much joy I get out of seeing my previous clients coach each other? โจ๐โจ

@April Bentley just remember it is literally never too late to change this. These are simply habits and beliefs that can be formed in new ways that are supportive for you. Iโll bet if we were to do some hypnotherapy, we would discover some really poignant root causes for this behavior, and be able to transform the beliefs that have been reinforcing the behaviors. In the meantime, simply having this heightened awareness around the procrastinating is the first step to changing it. Youโre not going to do all the things that youโve procrastinated on doing in one day weโre all at once. But you can begin taking action little by little and becoming more familiar with taking action versus freezing and procrastination. Also, surviving like this is exhausting. And you deserve to be able to relax and thrive!! Sending love! In the private sessions resource, there are several good topping rounds for procrastinating. Check them out! ๐
@tashablank granted me permission to share this beautiful testimony in regards to some hypnotherapy we recently completed to address her recurring headaches. โจMy aim is always to understand my clients and meet them where they are as best as I am capable, so when Tasha mentioned how โseenโ the audio that I created for her made her feel, I had tears in my eyes and a smile on my face! Plus, 3x in a row, girl!? ๐ณIt must be good! ๐ Who am I kidding?? I do the same thing with a good hypnosis track! ๐ Iโm so grateful to be able to share this because the way that her hypnosis audio made her feel and began transforming things for her is the gold standard for me as a therapist. Nothing makes me happier than when โthe workโ is working and my clients are โworking itโ. Thank you ๐๐ป for allowing others to have this little window into what โthis workโ can be like, Tasha! โจ๐โจDeeply appreciating you, too! ๐

Hi @Theresa Lear Levine here are my responses: 1. - How to compassionately โrestโ (just to be oppositional haha) - โProcrastinationโ v procrastination because of undiagnosed conditions, SpLDโsโฆ there will be a reason. This is why ripping off the Bandaid hurts, but can be so, so life changing - Saying yes, over no. How so much work needs to be done to get to this point where Iโm saying yes to this course. - โCan make decisions only from love (intuition) and fear (procrastination)โ - I am not the only one with ADHD writing issues, massive resistance, all wrapped in anxiety :) - โThe feeling proceeds the actions/manifestation of what weโre trying to bring into the worldโ. Beauty of the dayโฆ family.. food..= so important to writing - Importance of feeling ready, peeling back the layers - Importance of flow of consciousness, and it releasing judgement/criticism/flack out of the body and mind. 2. - PhDโฆ. Iโd like 30k of words by end of year. I have had significant (over a decade+) of difficulty due to undiagnosed ADHD and SpLDโs. I have started writing this year, and Iโm currently near 16k. The total word count is 80-100k. 3. - Paralysing anxiety/avoidance - I can feel physically drained from just thinking about it, so I will think I need to โrestโ, and rest and restโฆ before to do it - I will not read feedback from my supervisor. My mental health worker has been trying for weeks to get me to a point where she can read them to me. Tomorrow we will meet in a cafe to do if. I think I have rejection sensitivity dysphoria. It is quite debilitating to be so fearful of what might not even be negative feedback. 4. - Keep to the aim of 150 words a day and taking all the extra words coming, even if they are just draft form. Get past the perfectionism blocking action and productivity. - Acknowledge nervous system dysregulation - Be more compassionate toward how Iโm feeling, and not beat myself up for feeling fearful

@Steph Jones Seriously, your comprehension and note-taking is massively impressive! And the things you are bravely working towards (not to mention how far you've already come!), INSPIRING! Love to you and Clarendon!
Hi @Theresa Lear Levine ! Me again. Hereโs some initial notes Iโve jotted down :) - Health - productivity, baby steps to productive intelligence, prioritising, the need to put self first, need to be supported from the core to then support yourself and others. - start with the basics then things expand. - Listened to podcast at x2 speed. This is a start to being more productive (learning to accommodate SpLDโs) - Law of attraction etc. it has scientific proof behind it! - Emotional freedom is a human NEED, yet it is not taught. Can take to late 30s + and a lot of work - Audio plus visual aid WT*!!!! AMAZING AND ACCOMMODATING OUTRIGHT! - Yes/or questions OMG closed questions. Very good for me being autistic. THANK YOU! - Can mark up .pdf on my iPad through โBooksโ whilst listening to the podcastโฆ..amazingโฆ your resources are screaming productivity ๐ - TBC with actual answering and journal entries (4 x to take 5 to scribe) :) Love Steph and Clarendon the hamster ๐นโค๏ธ

@April Bentley What kind of traveling would it be (car, plane, train, boat, etc.)? And where does your head go when you worry or get anxious about it?
0 likes โข 11d
@April Bentley Yes, I did know this part of your story. It's become a "part" of you. It may be time to ask this part what role and purpose it plays in your life and listen for the answers. Perhaps instead of this part being something that instills fear because if wants to keep you safe and spare you from car accidents, it could take on another more helpful/supportive role. This is something i love to do with hypnosis but you can do it to some extent from a conscious place as well and begin reframing your fear.
Hey. I hope this is the correct place to share? @Theresa Lear Levine I have just gone into the โprivate sessionsโ and tried it out EFT Tapping Meditation for Repressed or Forgotten Trauma (Kellie Ann/Women's EmpowHERment Junkie). I have been dealing with this precise issue today, in that I am experiencing significant clarity around suppressed complex trauma, as a result of taking ADHD medication. I have been seeking resources to help me with this conundrum, because the ADHD medication is so amazingly life changing for me in so many ways, but the clarity around trauma that was prolonged throughout my childhood right up until a few months ago (and I am 35 next month), has really been very difficult to deal with and know what to do. I really enjoyed taking part in this tapping. I was quite sceptical, but also fearful because the lady, at first, seem to be seeking to find out what happened to her. I have been going through the motions of already been able to โseeโ what happened to me, because of the medication. Nevertheless, I was hoping that I could find some solace and technique that I could start implementing in my life to help. After 15 minutes, I went from rating myself at number 10, two around number 7. I particularly liked, tapping the top part of my mouth, because in all of this, I have felt so voiceless, and it is almost like acknowledging that voicelessness, because your hand has to cover your mouth, but then you become really intimate with the word youโre saying and repeating after Theresa, because you can feel the breath of each word. ๐นโค๏ธ xx

Thank you for this beautiful share @Steph Jones . EFT and Hypnotherapy are super gentle and effective ways to work with past trauma. And it's amazing what working out those past issues can do for the way you get to show up in your present-day life! It sounds like you have some energy to clear in your throat chakra and some power to call back to support your voice. Good on you for doing the exploration and taking the time to work with yourself to make progress and gain new perspective. I'm so glad you're exploring the Private Sessions resource and getting value from it! Did you know that if you open the resource/doc every couple of weeks, you'll find new content in there??? ;) (Just a tip!)

@Steph Jones I'll be excited to hear more about your progress (or challenges), they're both an important part of the process! ;)
Shelly, a member of our group here on Skool, showed up fully from our first meeting and held nothing back as we worked together. To say this woman has been through A LOT is an understatement but she was willing to lay it out all out and allow so much transformation to come through. Together, we made the familiar unfamiliar, and the unfamiliar familiar. She agreed to take action that aligned with her goals and desires so that she wouldnโt create further pain by resisting her own expansionโand she followed through. Sheโs an amazing life coach and soon to be Author, and I know her stories are going to move masses. Iโm so honored to have had the privilege of doing this deep and meaningful work with you, Shelly! โจ๐๐ปโจ. If youโre curious about how this kind of work can improve and optimize your life specifically, please hop on a complimentary insight call with me. No strings, just aha moments! @Steph Jones I love it! I name my orchids "old fashioned" names....(Orville, Edna, etc.) Maybe the next I add to my collection will be a Clarendon. ;)
To start things off, please comment below introducing yourself. Let us knowโฆ #1 - Who are you, where are you from and how do you spend your days (what are your work and your life like?) #2 - What do you want to get out of being in this community? #3 - What do you like to do for fun, pleasure, and expansion? #4 -Do you have any prior experience working with your own energetic blockages or subconscious beliefs? If so, what have you tried? I'll go first... #1 - โจ๐โจMy name is Theresa Lear Levine. I am a mom of 4 boys with ADHD and High Functioning Anxiety who turned my love of Entrepreneurship, Personal Development and Feeling better than ever into "Becoming More Me" where I get to use my skills as an EFT master practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Law of attraction mindset coach to help professional women all over the world to reclaim their power, inner peace, intuition and confidence so they can live their best life without anxiety and overwhelm. I live in Maryland with my Husband, Jeff, my 4 sons, and 2 yellow Labs! #2 - โจ๐โจWhat I want out of this community is to be of the utmost service... I want to connect with new friends, I want to serve our existing clients and I want to help people expand their impact, their belief in themselves and about what is possible in terms of showing up differently in their lives and getting new results and outcomes where they have previously felt stuck or challenged. Because I already know that my clients are my biggest teachers, I fully expect I will be learning and growing a TON along the way with you and because of your presence here and I'm so excited for that! #3 - โจ๐โจFun, pleasure and expansion, I'm a huge fan of sex research and always expanding in my life sexually. I personally feel that most women undervalue pleasure and that our entire worlds change when we slow down and embrace it! I love deep conversation, relationship building activities (with my husband and kids), audiobooks and music, and am always actively learning something or getting certified in something. I'm currently writing my first book which I find fun, and I love getting outdoors and being in nature. While my schedule is busier than ever, I am making more time for slowing down and enjoying my life than I ever have before and it's non-negotiable and glorious!

@Erika Sandor Ooh, I've been lucky to spend time in your part of UTAH, Erika and it is GORGEOUS! I hope to get back someday with my family. I can totally relate to this sort of "see-saw" you describe where there is so much struggle and yet you are unstoppable and unmasked as you get ready to enter your 50s. I think that it's great to look forward to your birthday....sure beats the alternative, right? ;) How cool that you are embracing your intuitive gifts and discoveries! I'll impart one piece of advice that took me years to allow "in" and that I still have to refine my life around...."Slow is the new fast". You don't have to be better, faster or do more...slow down and let yourself enjoy and find regulation in the things that light up your curiosity and spirit! You've got this, Erika! SO glad to have you in the community!

I am almost 50 and embracing the next chapter on all levels: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, etc. Hoping this will be another great tool in my toolbox.

I love this @Rachel Manus . So glad to have you here! :) What kinds of things do you feel like you could use Tapping or Hypnotherapy to get next level transformation with? (aka. what are your current challenges?)
โจFor those of you who have been following along with my book writing journey, I'm super excited to share that my book was handed off to the editor for the first round of edits earlier this week!โจ๐โจ PHEW!!! That felt MONUMENTAL on so many levels even though there is still so much to do! Book writing has given me opportunities to put my favorite tools (Tapping and Hypnotherapy) to use on myself on a daily basis so I can continue to level up and stay out of my own way. Turns out this whole process has been more challenging than I imagined it would be so I'm grateful to be resourced with things that help me keep going instead of giving up. Looks like publishing will land sometime around the full moon in October if things stay on the current schedule. I am keeping myself detached from any specific launch date or outcome because I know whenever and however it happens, it will be perfectly aligned and right on time! If you would like to be part of my launch team and get access to special offerings that will be given to those who purchase the book when it launches, Drop your email below or PM it to me with the words, LAUNCH TEAM PLEASE and I'll make sure you get the launch emails! I'm cooking up some awesome bonuses and opportunities worth hundreds of dollars and jam-packed with breakthroughs for those who grab "BECOMING MORE ME" (the book) when it first releases! :)
