79% open rate + Crickets equals?
79% open rate, but then "crickets." Here's my first email: [We've worked with executives at companies like Pepsico, Johnson & Johnson, and Cigna to create portraits that do more than check a box—they shape perception. When your leadership appears in media, investor decks, or on your company site—do the images reflect the caliber of leadership behind the brand? We specialize in portraits that project confidence, clarity, and authority—images that influence how stakeholders and clients perceive your team. If building a strong, consistent visual presence for your executive team is a priority, We'd be glad to show you how we can help {{companyName}} stand out. Can we send you a sample of our work? Just a quick “yes” or “no” is perfect. If yes, I’ll send over a link to our senior executive portraits.] What can I do better?

So, using some of the ideas above, I've created an A:B:C test sequence... A)Hi {{firstName}}, We work with Thaddeus Harden Photography—he creates standout executive portraits, team shots, and company headshots. Thought it might be something valuable for {{companyName}}. Would it be okay if I sent you a few samples to check out? Just a quick “yes” or “no” is perfect. If yes, I’ll send over a link to our senior executive portraits. B) Hi {{firstName}}, Curious what it looks like when CEOs like David Cordani or Donald Trump step in front of our camera? We’ve built an executive folio full of portraits that influence how leadership is perceived—on websites, in the press, and across investor materials. If you’d like a peek, I’d be happy to send it your way. May I send you a sample of our work? Just a quick “yes” or “no” is perfect. If yes, I’ll send over a link to our senior executive portraits C) Hi {{firstName}}, Would you like to see our executive folio—with portraits of CEOs like David Cordani (Cigna) and even Donald Trump? We create portraits that shape perception—used in investor decks, media features, and leadership profiles. If that’s something {{companyName}} could use, I’d be happy to send over a few samples. I'll let you know how these go. Thanks for the suggestions.

Maximum emails per day?
With 11 accounts so far, I think I heard 30 per account, max 50 per day? But, wanted to be sure. And, does that add up to a total for a campaign? Or should a campaign have a specific limit as well. Right now, it looks like a default 100 emails per day is set for my campaigns.

@Md Samir Uddin how do I find that out? Sorry, not sure I know the answer to that question.

🥶 Cold Email is Dead… Unless You Do This.
Most people are sending cold emails that die in the inbox. Today, @Andrew Naegele showed us why—and the three tiny shifts that completely flipped the game. You don’t have a “cold email” problem. You have a connection problem. And if your emails aren’t getting opened, read, or replied to—it’s not because people are mean. It’s because you’re blending in. Today on our Insider Zoom, @Andrew Naegele dropped cold email clarity that hit different. Here are the 3 shifts that can change everything about your outreach: 1️⃣ Don’t Build a Sequence… Until You’ve Mastered a Single Shot Forget the funnel of doom. Start with ONE email. One clear offer. One real outcome. Because every extra step in your sequence? ➡️ Means fewer opens. Fewer clicks. Less clarity. You don’t need more emails. You need more resonance. 2️⃣ Want the Inbox? Look Like a Human, Not a Hustler No HTML. No trackers. No signature banners. Just plain text. Like a real person would send. 📬 Because the algorithm doesn’t care about your font—it cares about your authenticity. 3️⃣ Flip the Name Game: Earn Attention Without Begging for It “{FirstName}, quick question…” = delete. But ending your first line with their name? Now that feels like a message, not a mass blast. It lands softer… and sticks deeper. But Andrew’s biggest truth bomb? 🚀 “The only bad cold email is the one you never send.” Let that hit. So here’s the real question… 🔁 Did you send a cold email this week? 🙌 Drop a YES below if you’re in motion. 🤔 Still tweaking? Drop your #1 hang-up --> we’ll crack it together. SKOOL isn’t just community --> it’s your test lab. No perfection. No ego. Just real reps, real results. You in? Let’s hit send. 🔥

Yes, sending out 2nd campaign this morning. Albeit, it is set up as a sequence. It seems this race has constant shifts of do's and don'ts. Hard to keep up with the latest paradigm. For example: I've watched many of LGJ videos, and some statements contradict others: link tracking enabled or not, and "unsubscribe" yes or no. The latest instantly video I saw advocates, to use both. With the former, needing some sense of measure to analyze and the later, giving the receiver a sense of "warmth" and easy way out. As this is my second campaign going out to roughly a small, 278 folks, I'll let you know some of the results that I get with tracking enabled, and "unsubscribe" in header added. And then... there's the copy. A work in progress!
🎯 From Spray & Pray… to Precision That Pays
(What One Clarity Call Showed Me About Why My Cold Outreach Was Dying in the Inbox) I’ve run cold outbound campaigns. I’ve landed clients. I’ve automated sequences, set up warm domains, done all the “right” things… But truth? It wasn’t working. Thousands of emails. Crickets. A sinking feeling that maybe… I missed something. So I booked a Clarity Call with @Ian Kirk. And I saw it. The blind spot that had me burning time, tools, and targets without traction. 🧠 Here’s What Hit Me Like a Freight Train 1️⃣ I Was Pitching, Not Fishing I was sending more. More niches. More messages. More tech. But Ian hit me with this: "If you don’t know exactly who you help and what pain you solve, you’re not prospecting—you’re just hoping." Now I’m hunting with a spear, not a shotgun. 🎯 One ICP. One pain. One powerful message. — 2️⃣ The Real Framework: Pain → Promise → Proof → Plan Ian broke it down in a way no YouTube guru ever did: ✔ Start with the pain they’re trying to solve ✔ Make a promise they can feel ✔ Share proof (your own, borrowed, or “Trojan horse” style) ✔ Lay out a simple plan—make it obvious what to do next This isn’t theory. It’s what makes strangers care enough to reply. — 3️⃣ Good Setup ≠ Good Copy Warm domains? ✅ Healthy mailboxes? ✅ Strong deliverability? ✅ Still no replies. Why? My copy was “safe.” Generic. Forgettable. Now? I lead with a punch. A pattern interrupt. A reason to care in line one. — 4️⃣ Lead Magnets That Lead Somewhere I thought a lead magnet was just… something free. Wrong. A great one does two things: ✨ Starts the conversation 🧨 Reveals a deeper problem they need your help solving (That was a lightbulb moment.) — 5️⃣ Stop Blasting. Start Testing. I was testing 5 niches at once and calling it research. Now? I’m going deep on one, running micro-tests, and building offers from feedback—not fantasy. 🔥 My Action Plan ✅ Refine my ICP down to one painful, urgent problem ✅ Rewrite my sequence using “pain → promise → proof → plan”
