Phone System
Hey there, we are looking to upgrade our phone systems. Specifically, an option that works well for conferencing 4 or more people. Our current provider, MedTel, does not offer this option. We have also been battling a lot of spam calls. The spam filter MedTel said would help is not. We get at least 10 calls a day about our Google business listing 😵💫 We are considering Microsoft 365 Audio Conferencing and would love to hear any insights (good or bad) on this option. Please let me know your recommendations. Thanks!

For those who use Zoom Phone, when out of office how is the Zoom phone App? We recently had to all work remote and our phone app had some issues. Any feedback is appreciated. thanks.

MirrorWeb - DMS Solution
Hello, I am wondering if there are any firms using MirrorWeb for their digital messaging surveillance solution and if so, what are your thoughts on this tool? What are the pros and cons of this system? I greatly appreciate any feedback and thoughts!

We have used MirrorWeb for a couple of years now. We are very happy with it. They archive Emails, Text Messages, LinkedIn, Teams, and our website. Their Sentinel product has saved me alot of time when reviewing the information. They do a great job of eliminating the false positives. If I had one negative it would be that text messages have a one day lag before they appear in the system. Please reach out if you have more questions. Hope this helps.

Claude Group Plan reccs
Does anyone have any recommendations for a group plan for Claude? We haven't introduced to our firm yet, however we would like to start with a smaller group of individuals- approximately 10 users.

We have just started using Claude. There's alot there. I would be very interested in a smaller group. We're looking for tools to learn Claude Coding and Cowork for all of our staff.

Archiving Platforms
Curious what people are using for archiving - primarily for texting + LinkedIn? I have email archiving through my CRM (RedTail), but I have been using Archive Intel for comprehensive archiving (text, website, LinkedIn, and email). Their platform has been challenging and inconsistent. Starting to explore other options! Thanks for any input 🙏

We use Mirrorweb for all our required archiving needs. Very user friendly.
