Never thought I would say this
I never thought I would call a tachometer “dressy” but I am delighted to admit I was wrong. The fact that it comes from a brand that got its start in formula one makes it even more surprising

@William Feldtmose I felt it stands out in a good way 😌

@Brett Sutton I have to agree with that and I’m normally a strap man so I think that is saying something. It’s also not nearly as thick as you would expect from an automatic chronograph which is a lovely little surprise.

Very nice piece. Is that dial textured? I think I saw a bit of a snowy effect on it if that makes sense.
WOTD: Citizen!
I wore the Citizen Classic Eco-Drive out to get my hair cut this morning. My new barber had another customer yesterday morning that ran until I had to leave for a doctor's appointment and I was a walk-in, so I rescheduled for this .morning.

Even if it is not your brand you have to respect the eco drive. A lovely piece
Day #17 of the 30 Day Challenge → Lenqin Field Watch
Happy Field Watch Friday! Recently, our friend @David Denham Jr picked up an amazing tank watch on Amazon for $9.99. I missed out on that one before it went out of stock. But in searching for it, came across multiple offerings from Lenqin, another Chinese brand, for $9.99. So thought I would risk a ten spot or two to try them out. Being a lover of Field Watches, here is the first, the Lenqin Military Sport Field Watch, 42mm with a 22mm strap. Seeing this one, I loved the green dial, making it the second green dial field watch in the collection, along with the creamy/yellow and green color theme. I thought this one, at $9.99 might be a good one to try playing around with different straps, so going to be on the lookout for a green & yellow NATO for this one, and looking forward to any you might suggest. In interested, be aware that this one comes with no box, arriving in a plastic sleeve instead, with a fabric sleeve containing the watch. It does come with a small instruction sheet and a small cleaning cloth. It fits very comfortably and well, , is very light weight, and the crown is very easy-spinning on the border of loose. The date function worked very well. Water resistant to 30m. The lume is nice in the beginning, and lasts about as long as one might expect from a $9.99 watch. But lume is never a big deal, for me. Overall, it is very comfortable, and if it holds up while keeping accurate time it will be well worth the $9.99 price. Here is a link if interested. Lenqin has several other $9.99 offerings still available in different styles, as well. → https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DL2TG1YW?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 Keep an eye out on Monday for the second one I picked up. Best wishes for a Fantastic Field Watch Friday! 😀

Green is a fantastic color. That forest shade is perfect for a field watch
WOTD - Day #17 April Challenge
Today I wore the Nectere - The Mist - that neon early this year as part of my ongoing Membership with The Watch Bros. I switched it to a black strap with a deployant clasp and like it much better. It is hand wound and with no date, it Is simple to set.
