NAD Question
I have been on Nad for about 3 weeks now. The days that I take it, I feel like I’m on edge all day and could snap at any point if that makes sense. I’m taking 50mg 3x/week. Is this something that happens to other people? I don’t really like the feeling and unsure if I should continue. Any ideas or thoughts?

@Amanda Carlton I agree, it is expensive! I’m gonna go down to 25 also and see if that helps. Thank you!
Delta Sleep Induced Peptide
😴 DSIP: The Peptide Everyone’s Asking About for Sleep If your brain loves to hit the gas the second your head hits the pillow… DSIP might be the most interesting sleep peptide you’re not hearing enough about. DSIP stands for Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide — and yes, it does exactly what it sounds like it should. It’s a peptide studied for its potential to support deeper, more restorative sleep by helping the body ease into the kind of sleep that actually feels like recovery… not just unconsciousness. Because let’s be honest—There’s a huge difference between passing out and waking up restored. That’s where DSIP gets interesting. 👀 People are drawn to DSIP because it’s often talked about for helping support:✨ falling asleep easier✨ staying asleep longer✨ deeper sleep quality✨ fewer middle-of-the-night wakeups✨ calmer nervous system at bedtime✨ better next-day recovery What makes it so intriguing is that it’s not about “knocking you out.”It’s more about helping your system settle down enough to let real sleep happen. That means less “tired but wired.”Less 2:47 AM staring at the ceiling.Less waking up feeling like your body slept but your brain absolutely did not. For a lot of people, the real magic isn’t just bedtime—it’s waking up and realizing:“Oh… this is what rested feels like.” And honestly? That’s the kind of sleep support most of us actually need. Have you tried DSIP yet, or are you still in your “wake up at 3 AM for no reason” era? 👇https://nurapeptide.com/product/dsip-5mg

Heather, Do you know if any of these peptides show up on a drug test? My brother wants to try DSIP but gets random drug tests at work so he’s unsure about trying it
MOTS-C research testimonial
First, this is my research results only and NOT medical advice!! I am on week 4 of Mots. Here is just one example of how it has helped me: I have a 1200 sq foot she shed that was a total disaster after the holidays and crafting. Yesterday morning was shot day, I spent 12 hours in the garage cleaning, organizing etc! Up and down the ladder so many times! And at the end of the day I wasn’t totally exhausted. In the past I would do a task or chore then take a break, scroll, watch some tv something. Yesterday I didn’t need that. When Heather says it is like get your 20 to 30 year old energy it is true! This morning I woke and have already done 3 hours of yard work and weed pulling. I am a true believer and hope you may find the same results on your MOTS journey/research. I am only on 1 mg 3 mornings a week. For optimal results you need to only drink clear liquids for 2 -3 hours after your poke and do a workout after said poke, like walking . I do my Pilates reformer. If u cannot do a workout then it is recommended to do a 2-3 hour fast. Your body responds to the shot better this way, it responds to the body being under a stressor. It is not recommended to take the shot in the evening as you kind of waste the affect or intention of taking it.

If you take it in the morning before work and can’t work out until after work, is it even going to help with your workout later in the afternoon?
