MOTS-C research testimonial
First, this is my research results only and NOT medical advice!! I am on week 4 of Mots. Here is just one example of how it has helped me: I have a 1200 sq foot she shed that was a total disaster after the holidays and crafting. Yesterday morning was shot day, I spent 12 hours in the garage cleaning, organizing etc! Up and down the ladder so many times! And at the end of the day I wasn’t totally exhausted. In the past I would do a task or chore then take a break, scroll, watch some tv something. Yesterday I didn’t need that. When Heather says it is like get your 20 to 30 year old energy it is true! This morning I woke and have already done 3 hours of yard work and weed pulling. I am a true believer and hope you may find the same results on your MOTS journey/research. I am only on 1 mg 3 mornings a week. For optimal results you need to only drink clear liquids for 2 -3 hours after your poke and do a workout after said poke, like walking . I do my Pilates reformer. If u cannot do a workout then it is recommended to do a 2-3 hour fast. Your body responds to the shot better this way, it responds to the body being under a stressor. It is not recommended to take the shot in the evening as you kind of waste the affect or intention of taking it.

@Penny Smith dang yeah I think some people are just more prone to that, they say that can be a histamine reaction and that you can actually put like an anti-itch cream or a histamine cream on that spot if you have a reaction and it’s funny cause I’m one of the lives this morning they were actually talking about thisand they said stomachs seem to be more prone to that issue and so to try your thighs other than that, I think you might just be more sensitive. Sadly I did hear a lot of people comment about the same issue, some saying it would do it every day for about two weeks and then finally stopped

@Tasha White I usually work out before work on those days. 15 -30 minutes on Pilates reformer or treadmill. If I do t have time for the workout I fast for 2-3 hours that morning and it still works without these things this just uses it to its full potential and what it is designed for. Works best when your body has a stresser of some sort. Kind of kicks your body into lets get going and burn these calories to help you get where your going survival mode lol. Heather has videos explaining it . I love it . My energy is so much better!

@Sandy Wolfe my fine lines and wrinkles are less in my face and just seems better, like getting smoother along jaw line. No hair growth yet, thinking that take a bit longer .
