SELANK:The “Calm Brain” Peptide
SELANK: The “Calm Brain” Peptide If stress has your brain running 47 tabs at once, SELANK is one worth knowing. SELANK is a research peptide often studied for its calming, anti-anxiety effects—without the heavy, sedated, zombie feeling that can come with traditional options. It’s commonly talked about for helping support: • Calm mood • Reduced anxious thoughts • Better stress resilience • Mental clarity + focus • Smoother sleep from a quieter mind A lot of people describe it as feeling like their brain finally stopped yelling. What makes SELANK interesting is that it’s often discussed as a “calm but clear” peptide. Not sleepy. Not foggy. Just less internal chaos and better emotional regulation. It’s become especially popular in conversations around: • high stress • overstimulation • racing thoughts • social anxiety • burnout • focus without panic Think of it as less “knock you out” and more “take the edge off so your nervous system can breathe.” As always: research first, start low, track how you feel, and pay attention to what your body is telling you. Have you researched SELANK yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts below. 💜

@Kristie French hey there! They are not similar. I would definitely start. With Semax. That is when they are testing for an Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. Sallan is for anxiety. Now, if anxiety is something that you struggle with, then I highly recommend a link also.

@Kristie French absolutely!
Help with getting started
This is what I am thinking: should I add one a week or one every couple of weeks? Can anyone help with starting dose for each and how often I should take them? Or point me in the right direction as to where I can find this information? Any help is truly appreciated. 1. Tirzepatide -started over on 5/1/26 2. BPC-157 3. Semax 4. ARA 290 5. NAD+ 6. GHK-Cu

Start one, wait 7–14 days, then add the next.That gives your body time to adjust and lets you track what’s doing 1. TirzepatideStart here since it’s your foundation. Most begin low and stay there until appetite, nausea, and energy feel stable
GLOW PROTOCOLS | PROTOCOL 01 is officially open for pre-order 💜
GLOW PROTOCOLS | PROTOCOL 01 is officially open for pre-order 💜 After months of sourcing, testing, and tearing apart what’s actually on the market, I finally decided to create the serum I could not find anywhere else. Most serums being sold right now love to say they contain GHK-Cu and SNAP-8… but the truth is most are dramatically underdosed, built for marketing, and not actual results. They sound good on a label, but there is often not enough of either peptide inside to make a meaningful difference. That was the problem. So I built the formula I actually wanted. ✨ GLOW PROTOCOLS | PROTOCOL 01A high-performance peptide repair serum formulated with meaningful amounts of GHK-Cu + SNAP-8 for real skin support, real repair, and real visible results. Protocol 01 was created to support:• skin repair• collagen support• expression lines• elasticity• tone + texture• overall skin recovery This is not a filler serum.This is not a “fairy dust” peptide formula.This is a concentrated skin repair protocol built to actually do something. Our first release is a limited small-batch production run and pre-orders are now officially open. Once this first batch sells through, inventory will close until the next production run. Pre-order now at: GlowWithHeather.com 💜

@Holly Bryant You do not need injectable unless you are also trying to help grow thicker hair. The topical will give you everything that you need and more due to the snap-8!

Where do I find recommendations for dosing of peptides? I asked chat gpt- any other suggestions? Thanks! 😊

@Jan Przybylski I would start at 25mg a day for 3 days a week.

@Kelly Kerr Take a look at the Peptide Calculator at glowwithheather.com. I would reconstitute with 5ml Put in the strength which would be 500 mg and then put your dose at 25mg and it will give you the unit.
