New Year Reboot Challenge!
Start off the new year doing what's "right" for your body! We are going to be doing a 5-day cleanse, and you have an opportunity to jump on the live calls 3 different times during the week! Check the Calendar for the days! More details about the challenge will be coming in the next few days! You will be able to join the challenge for Free by showing up every day in the community because this is where the challenge will be hosted! However, if you want to join the live calls you will need to upgrade to Premium. You will also get access to ALL my recipes to help you though the challenge. So for free people do their own cleanse with you? Are they just supposed to come up with their own ideas for recipes? Confused as that’s a bit daunting for anyone new to cleansing.

Hi. Welcome to the Morning Cleanse group! The goal of this group is to learn how to "properly eat" in a way that supports your body. As this group grows, I also plan to bring in more "healing/healthy" workshops! I'm open to suggestions! Let me know what you would like to have in this group! @Stephanie Klotz yes I do that already- spirulina, barley grass and dulse. I also take micro C, B12, cats claw, ALA, lemon balm, zinc, magnesium, celery force and 5-MTHR daily. Agreed with the expense that’s why I keep trying to figure out the answer 😊

@Chrissie Hore I noticed that when I was looking up a couple different things that I have going on that the supplements were virtually the same. That’s a great point.
