New Year Reboot Challenge!
Start off the new year doing what's "right" for your body! We are going to be doing a 5-day cleanse, and you have an opportunity to jump on the live calls 3 different times during the week! Check the Calendar for the days! More details about the challenge will be coming in the next few days! You will be able to join the challenge for Free by showing up every day in the community because this is where the challenge will be hosted! Soup for Dinner!
When it's cold outside I like to make something warm! Here is a soup I tossed together last night! This soup might be bland to beginners on this diet so it's ok to add a little bit of salt. It's best to add the salt to your bowl after you make it, don't cook it into the soup. Let me know if you try the recipe in the comments below!
