If they do it though your link you get the refferal no matter what. "Does this depend on the order of clicks? I assume that the last referral click determines who receives the referral?" If someone clicks your link, leaves then comes back and creates a community (while not being inside a community) you will get the referral. This works for 30 days after they clicked your link. "So somebody reads my review, and later on goes to Skool via an affiliated link (not mine), who gets the referral?" They get the referral cause the buyer used their link.
