Date: 06 Dec 2025 Day: Saturday One thing I want to remember about today: [ This was the best day of my life because on this day I said goodbye to the despondency within me, and a new hope was born inside me. I had become very despondent after not getting a job after completing my graduation, but after joining this community, all the negativity inside me ended and I am very happy today. ] What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? I slept at 12:00 am and woke up at 5:50 am What data will I look up after a month or year? [ I want to see myself financially independent. ] Reminders: No one can waste my time except me. Small wins: win the seconds, win the hours. Donβt overwhelm; use the 2-minute rule. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. Conduct weekly/monthly reflections. Donβt multitask; focus on one big thing each day. Manifest the work you are about to do, using a diary. Day Start Section: I woke up at 5:50 am, offered Fajr prayer, and performed Zikr (remembrance of God). I checked the community for a little while. At 8:00 am, I had breakfast. At 9:00 am, I did some housework. At 12:00 pm, I checked the community, saw some posts, and replied. At 2:00 pm, I offered Zohar prayer. At 2:30 pm, I had lunch. After lunch, I again opened the community and watched some mental mastery lectures, and all negativity in my mind disappeared. At 4:00 pm, I offered Asr prayer and after this, I did some housework. At 5:20 pm, I offered Maghrib prayer. After Maghrib, I talked to my friends. I had dinner at 8:00 pm and offered Isha prayer at 9:30 pm. At 10:00 pm, I watched some lecture videos and went to sleep at 12:00 am.
