What’s your focus and what’s your strategy for doubling your results in what you are working on?

I used to be a part of this group but haven’t been for quite some time now. I have decided to come back and access the nuggets I know are here. Here is my new introduction as I’m in a different part of life than I was last time ☺️ I am from TN. We moved here in Oct of 2025 so we’re still new to the area. I have a 5 year old daughter. Shes fun and loves to learn. She’s full of energy and recently started gymnastics classes which she is extremely excited for. I’m excited to see her learn and grow with it. I am in a transitional part of my life as I am building my life and career without my husband now. Unfortunately our marriage didn’t survive. I am working on finding myself now as my own person and building a life for me and my daughter. I’m stoked to be a part of this community and create EPIC for our future!

I am sharing this photo after the powerful women’s call this week where this was the topic of discussion. It felt too meaningful not to share. Most of us know that the caterpillar turns into a butterfly. There is an important part of the process that often gets overlooked. Before becoming a butterfly, the caterpillar enters the pupa stage and forms a chrysalis. Inside the chrysalis its body completely breaks down and reorganizes itself into something new. This phase is often referred to as the goo stage. That’s where I feel I am right now. Life has been asking me to reorganize. To let go of old versions of myself, old patterns, old ways of being and to trust what is forming beneath the surface. It’s messy. It’s uncomfortable, but it’s necessary. What’s interesting is that the pupa stage can last weeks, months, or even years depending on the species and environment. In harsh conditions, some butterflies take up to three years before they emerge. I truly believe that’s been my journey. Because of the challenges I have faced, my process has taken longer, but I can feel it now. My wings are taking shape and I believe this is the year my butterfly emerges. So if life feels messy right now remember this is only a stage. Some of us transform sooner than others, and that’s okay. We are all unique. We all have different journeys. Even if the world can’t see your transformation yet, it is happening on the inside. Give yourself time. Trust the process. Happy Anniversary my love… Off to see our boy play… to spend some alone time together and to work, play, and grow… it’s what we do! Today's sprout was choosing an attitude of gratitude. (Which also happened to be the A in SHAPERS in today's CDNA content video) Gratitude is literally a choice. Its a simple shift of the mind to see through a different lens. Jabel needed to have his truck taken to the shop this morning at a moments notice. My first response was at how " inconvenient it is and that I don't have time." When I chose to change my story , I said "I am grateful that I have the ability to help out my husband" and "I am grateful that we have the resources to get our vehicles properly serviced. " It was only a tiny shift in mindset but it made all the difference. I consider that a win! 😃🙌 (Picture is of us after we came home because I was proud of us. 😄) #attitudeofgratitude
