Sharing 1st assignment?

I own that part of my struggle to stay focused and repeat the cycles has been my embarrassment in not understanding where to post. I also have many words and trying to wrestle through my “whys” takes time and results in a lack of follow through with assignments.

Overcoming “doing it wrong” here is my first assignment that’s a beginning and is this where I am to post?
