Hey guys, We have FINALLY updated all of our classroom videos! There has been a lot of changes to PrintShrimp since our first set of videos 2 years ago, so it is about time we caught up with what's happened in our classroom videos 🤪 Videos now include detailed info about Etsy integration, frames, and our new bulk lister tool! Turns out we have added quite a lot in the past two years, so there is now a lot more content packed in. If you've already been through all of the classroom videos and started an Etsy shop then don't worry, you don't need to rewatch these ones! If you already know what you are doing then crack on haha. This is just a heads up for those newer to the group that may be currently working through the videos - it might be worth checking out them from the start just to ensure you are up to date with everything :D Also, hope you guys are enjoying the new bulk lister tool! If you haven't checked it out yet, please do. It will save you so much time and really enable you to focus on creating new products, rather than spending your time uploading to Etsy. How would you guys recommend dealing with a customer complaining its AI art and they would like to return it? They are an international buyer, on one hand I want to say you bought what you saw but risk a negative feedback or just accept the return and let them deal with the costs. Not sure what to do
