Two week Mark
Okay I’m officially down 9 lbs at the two week mark. I am extremely excited about this considering I am in active menopause and recovering from GLP-1 use for a year and a half. It still amazes me that eating all this food (9 ounces) that I can barely fit in my stomach at one time is what’s causing my success. Does it blow anyone else’s mind that eating more means weighing less??

40 day wins!
Yesterday was my 40th day on Fast 40. I have lost 10 lbs and 19 inches! I had to take my measurements twice just to make sure. I have so much more energy and am saving $ because I’d rather cook my own food than eat out. I’ve learned even more tricks to lower fat content and maintain taste.

Hi, I’m Susan. I’m 72 yrs young and living in southern Mississippi. I am joyful to experience Fast 40, which has given me back energy, also it has taught me both what & how food affects me.

I know that I am suppose to celebrate my loss of 19 lbs; however, my bigger win is to learn how much stress has played a big part in my weight. As I am learning to manage stress differently, I am managing my hormones surges and it’s positive on my weight management. My next big win, is to testing various foods. After resetting my hormones on the Fast 40, I am now learning which foods beyond Fast 40 are better for me.
