Getting into workot is exciting, but it’s easy to fall into a few beginner traps that can slow down progress! Here are some common mistakes to look out for (and how to dodge them!)💪👇 1️⃣ Skipping the Basics: It’s tempting to dive straight into advanced moves, but foundational exercises build the strength needed for everything else. The basics go a long way to develop strength and control! Master these, and you’ll set yourself up for greater gains down the road. Simple is usually the most effective and easiest to stick with! 🔑 2️⃣ Doing Too Much, Too Soon: I get it, you’re all in and ready to give it 110%! But starting with a balanced routine and allowing for rest days is crucial for long-term success. Jumping in too hard can lead to fatigue and soreness, even injuries. Start small, recover well, and increase intensity as you build strength. 🛠️ 3️⃣ Not Seeking Knowledge: Taking action is key, but knowing how to do it right will maximize your efforts. Look up proper form for each exercise, understand how different training types affect your goals, and explore techniques for specific muscles. How do you like your coffee? I’m a big coffee fan.
I brew mine in a French press with less water, so it’s nice and strong. Then I’ll add just the right amount of fresh milk if I have it. (a third or half of the whole cup) Fruity and biscuity aroma, lightly on the acidic side and with super creamy mouthfeel. Often I gotta have decaf because I’m sensitive to caffeine, but it’s still so fricking good. How do you like your coffee?

Calisthenics Q&A (Ask me anything)
Hey boys, I'm an athlete of 5 years (Calisthenics Athlete of about 2), and I've achieved: - 50kg for 5 reps on weighted pullups (Weighting 67kg) - 67 Handstand Pushups in a workout - One arm Pullups - NoDip Muscleups (The highest level of the traditional muscle up) And lots more, but I won't brag too hard, just so you know I've achieved some stuff and you know I'm not a nobody. I've also coached and consulted quite a few people, so I don't ONLY have personal experience, but experience with other athletes also. With all that being said, ask me all your Calisthenics (or fitness since I was an athlete / bodybuilder first) down below, and I'll give you a nice reply to your questions :)
