[Solved, thank you!] How do I get support?
Edit: Vikesh and the team reached out to me and we hopped on a call and solved most of my issues, I apparently had the old app. I also now have access to their support via the chat function, so that's been great. Thank you for taking the time to help me out, team 🙏 Hi there, I've been on a lifetime deal for years now. I was really happy with v1. I didn't use it a lot, but when I did, it was simple, reliable, and even more importantly, I was able to get quick support in the rare occasions I needed it. Since the v2 migration: - The Mac app doesn't work for me. I followed the guide and all the steps, but the app just hangs on login. I've waited for hours with it trying to login in the background, to no avail. - Nothing works in the web version. I can't invite new users despite the app saying I have 4 free seats in my account. When I try to send an invite, it asks for a phone number, despite there not being a field for a phone number. - I can't add new accounts, and the options I get when I try to add a new one are limited to LinkedIn, X, Github, and Slack when in the "Accounts" section. If I do it from Settings -> Workspace -> Integrations, it doesn't go through for services that integrate via API like OpenAI. - Worst of all, I don't have access to any level of support. I understand why you maybe don't want to offer live chat support to a lifetime user from years ago, but at least allow me to address your team via email? Help, maybe?

A prospecting flow
So if you like API's and you want an automated flow to reach out to people then here is a flow you could build with Texau and one of the IP site visitor identification tools like RB2B or Instantly. Reach out via email and/or LinkedIn. You could fully automate this to just run in the background.

Today is the first time I've needed support in quite a while. Surprised the chat widget says expect a 2-day turnaround in reply. Never seen that before. Same or next day seems like the standard. 🤔
