Need Help with TexAu Issues!
Hey everyone, I’m running into multiple issues with TexAu and hoping someone from the community or support team can help me out. Here’s a quick rundown of the problems: 1. Google Maps Search Export - Fails with an "Execution timed out" error. - No results show up even after running for 15 minutes, and the data store is completely empty. - This is happening on desktop. 2. Desktop Automations - None of the desktop automations are working at all. - Anything related to Google throws errors every time. 3. Google Search Result Scraper - Keeps showing an "invalid Google Search Keyword or Search" error. - Keywords that worked fine before are now failing. - It doesn't let me use special characters like:. (period)@ (at symbol)Quotation marks ("). - Tried running single tests and cloud executions—same issue everywhere. If anyone has faced these issues or knows how to fix them, please let me know! No way to delete account
How can I delete my account? It should be possible from Account settings according to GDPR. But it's not. I can't find anything about deleting my account.

Edit: Vikesh and the team reached out to me and we hopped on a call and solved most of my issues, I apparently had the old app. I also now have access to their support via the chat function, so that's been great. Thank you for taking the time to help me out, team 🙏 Hi there, I've been on a lifetime deal for years now. I was really happy with v1. I didn't use it a lot, but when I did, it was simple, reliable, and even more importantly, I was able to get quick support in the rare occasions I needed it. Since the v2 migration: - The Mac app doesn't work for me. I followed the guide and all the steps, but the app just hangs on login. I've waited for hours with it trying to login in the background, to no avail. - Nothing works in the web version. I can't invite new users despite the app saying I have 4 free seats in my account. When I try to send an invite, it asks for a phone number, despite there not being a field for a phone number. - I can't add new accounts, and the options I get when I try to add a new one are limited to LinkedIn, X, Github, and Slack when in the "Accounts" section. If I do it from Settings -> Workspace -> Integrations, it doesn't go through for services that integrate via API like OpenAI. - Worst of all, I don't have access to any level of support. I understand why you maybe don't want to offer live chat support to a lifetime user from years ago, but at least allow me to address your team via email? Help, maybe?
