does support chat work for anyone in the app
they are not allowing messages in the chat or are we now suppose to just message them in here?

I think they are kind of swamped with the move to V2. They just added "texau agents" as new automations, and they seem to be putting in 2-3 visible updates each week, and I would assume non-visible improvements as well. My guess is that in a few more weeks a lot of the support gets back to normal. With that said I had an issue a week or so ago and got a response in a day or so. So they seem to mostly do a great job in my experience. idk

A prospecting flow
So if you like API's and you want an automated flow to reach out to people then here is a flow you could build with Texau and one of the IP site visitor identification tools like RB2B or Instantly. Reach out via email and/or LinkedIn. You could fully automate this to just run in the background.

Error Messages
Is there a place where we can look up what an error means? I am trying to run a YT automation and I am getting this message and idk what it means. Error Occurred! TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '_id')

What are some of the top use-cases for lead generation with TexAu? Anything that uses Reddit or Twitter?

LinkedIn DMs for my survey also have a great response rate, but since the DM limit is not amazing on that platform I tend to save them for other uses. But have had success with it when I do it.

@Andrew Murray to collect data. I leave the email field optional, but if they want to see the results they do have to give me an email. But I do the survey primarily to build a dataset. As of now I have been doing it every weekend for almost 2.5 years with the same questions each time.
