Suggest domain names
Hey everyone 👋 I'm about to start my cold email outreach and planning to buy 2 domains and set up 3 mailboxes. My name is Rajiv and my company name is Subtello I'm trying to pick good domain names and mailbox names that look natural and not spammy for cold email outreach. Would love to hear your suggestions for domain name ideas

Domains are kind of my thing (have been buying and selling domains for 22 years among other things). Just off top of my head: UseSubtello.com TrySubtello.com SubtelloInc.com SubtelloLLC.com SubtelloMedia.com SubtelloGroup.com Kind of depends on what the business is. If it's a web app then you could use ones like SubtelloApp.com as well. If it's a service then suffices that point more to it being a service. I wouldn't use more elaborate phrase ones than those first couple - that's where to me it's clear it's a throwaway domain, whereas enough businesses use the Use- or Try- domains because the domain without the prefix has been taken for a long time.
Google is trying its best to kill cold email🗣️
Here are its 5 biggest lies: (that cost me millions)😩 1️⃣ Unsub Links Google told us we needed a 1-click unsubscribe link so we didn't end up in spam. These unsub links destroy deliverability, but is it legal to remove them? 💡 US rules only require that prospects have a way to opt out of emails. So ask them to reply with a keyword to stop getting emails. ❌But don't use a generic keyword like "STOP" (email providers flag it) Use uncommon keywords & phrases for your opt out. ✅Good example: "Not feeling this chat? Just say 'beans' and I'll disappear!" 2️⃣Domain Forwarding Domain Forwarding is when you use secondary domains to point to your main one. If you only do this with 1 or 2 domains it isn't a problem. 🚩 But when you have hundreds, it’s a giant red flag that you're sending cold emails. What can we do? We could make a website for each domain using GoDaddy. But the website will be a basic template - bad for your brand. ⚙️ The 2nd option: Clone your website with GHL & attach 1 to each domain. I'm testing this myself and its looking promising. 3️⃣Repeat Names I used to believe this lie, and was stuck in spam for a while. Then I tried changing my company name (Otter PR) to Otter and suddenly my emails escaped spam. 🔍 The reason: Google’s AI flags unique phrases if enough emails have them. Spintax any special names or addresses to avoid this early on. 4️⃣Use 1 Server Only having a single server is a waste of emails & data. 📊 QuickMail did a test with 2M+ emails that pointed to 1 conclusion: Google Mailboxes deliver better to Google inboxes, same with Microsoft. 🔄 Get both Google & Microsoft mailboxes to use Provider Matching. 5️⃣Use Tested Openers Some will tell you to use common SL's and PV's that work consistently. 📉 The results you get with these are nothing compared to creating your own. Most prospects will ignore what they've seen dozens of times before. 🧠 Be creative and come up with your own subjects and 1st lines.

Is there an easy/automated way to confirm if a non-webmail-domain email is on Google Workspace for sake of provider matching? Or do systems like QuickMail detect the provider? Haven't dived into cold email yet but will be soon and the provider matching bit definitely makes sense.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever encountered a LinkedIn Group where there was any value in being in it. Nearly everyone I've been in has pretty much no discussion - just everyone posting feelgood content or spam for the most part. FB groups have gotten bad too but at least some of them are really well run and foster discussion and actual value sharing. It's sad that LinkedIn has been generally awful in that regard. I've been on it since very early on and LinkedIn used to be a wonderful place to network and do deals.
What is your biggest obstacle in business? ☠️
When going into your own ventures, there are a lot of things to overcome. Especially when you quit your 9to5 and go freelance, there are a lot of changes. For me it is keeping the power up 🦾 I got bored very fast and when i find a working method, i feel like i solved a riddle and i do not longer feel interested and i am looking for the next challenge. But making money is about doing the boring things that work, over and over again. What is your biggest obstacle in business? 🤔

Clients like to use us for what they like to use us for (often tech issues/troubleshooting and smaller site/funnel/etc. changes) vs. what would help them the most (overall marketing strategy, building funnels/ads that can work and run on autopilot, automation/AI to help free up more of their time or help them handle more business, etc.). Sometimes they forget everything we can do, even if we periodically remind them.

@Bastian Schiller Probably funnel that runs on autopilot (evergreen webinar or summit - summits are better but take much more work to put together) + managed ad campaign. Have had these setups produce over $1 mil for clients without a minute of their involvement after the initial work.
