Just wondering if it’s worth calling out Johnny in my final chapter - he is STILL falsely promoting his rip off of Seyfried’s book as a “collaboration” between him, Seyfried and Christofferson. It’s so wrong! Should I let it go or use my platform to call him out? He’s also still using resources I posted in the keto for cancer group despite removing me… without my consent.

Just wanted to share an update from today. Unfortunately, the mets are continuing to grow. The report wasn’t very detailed, and the oncologist didn’t give exact measurements. He mentioned “enhanced sub-centimeter lesions,” which means they’re still under 1cm. Previously, they were between 1–3mm on the last MRI. There’s also a possible new lesion on the brain and some concern about a lymph node near the stomach area. The oncologist said that if the brain mets can’t be controlled, the funding for immunotherapy has to stop. Even though this is hard news, I had a feeling we might not have been doing quite enough, but I still hoped that what we were doing would be enough to show some results.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of our fellow warrior, Jason’s passing. Jason was a valued member of this community—someone who fought with incredible strength, shared his journey with courage, and inspired so many of us along the way. In the face of adversity, he remained resilient. He exemplified what it means to never give up, to seek knowledge, and to support others even while facing his own challenges. His presence here will be deeply missed, but his spirit and the impact he had on all of us will never be forgotten. I am very sick and been admitted to emerge. One thing that's been on my mind and I want to put out there is that we need to find someone who knows enough about studys to teach us how to identify good from bad. Just because there is a study doesn't mean it's good. We need to learn how to interperate the data and how the study was conducted to decide if it is reasonable. There are many studys out there like cholestrol studys that should not be trusted. Just because we like the study and it fits our outcome we want to see doesnt mean its true. We need to as a group learn how to do this. Not sure where to find someone that knows how to do this but it would be great to do so. If you have colon cancer maybe a study on gbm is not appropriate for you. Diffrent tumour diffrent cancer cell all together so it should be taken with a grain of salt maybe? I don't know i don't have a scientific background.
