Daily OOTD combination…
Now, I love all the full outfit posts on this topic, but for me, I take a simple, (work) daily shot to track my shirt-tie-pocket square combination through the week. I don’t know if anyone’s interested, but here is today’s casual Friday OOTD - bespoke wool-linen unlined, double breasted, jacket, bespoke cotton shirt, Duchamp London silk pocket square and Viola Milano knitted silk tie.
Daily OOTD combination…
Style Battle: Navy Suit vs. Charcoal Grey Suit? (Pick One & Why)
Gentlemen, if you could only own ONE suit for the rest of your life, which would it be? 👔⚔️ Two iconic suit colors. Two very different statements. And every well-dressed man has an opinion. THE NAVY SUI: Versatile, confident, and universally flattering. Navy reads as both formal and approachable, making it equally at home in a boardroom, at a wedding, or on a first date. Pair it with brown shoes for a classic look, or white sneakers for a modern edge. It's the suit that does everything. THE CHARCOAL GREY SUIT: The ultimate power suit. Serious, authoritative, and razor-sharp. Charcoal grey carries an undeniable gravitas that navy simply can't match — it's the suit you wear when you need to command a room. With a white shirt and black shoes, it's untouchable. The question: Which suit earns the single spot in your wardrobe — and why? Vote your pick below 👇 and tell me what outfit you'd build around it!

A gentleman should have both as a foundation, but I love a bespoke double breasted navy suit much, much more. It is a great, flattering colour for the mature gent, that looks polished and professional in any circumstance, and will compliment almost any tie and pocket square combination you want to throw at it!

@Rudi Garcia Hey, Rudi, that’s a great fitting shirt! Do MJ Bale do a made-to-measure service or is that off the rack?
Questions about undershirts.
I wear a lot of short sleeve button up shirts at work. I've started wearing undershirts again and sometimes they peek out in the sleeve section. I'm tempted to get some sleeveless undershirts but I worry about my arm pits getting a little sweaty and there being nothing to absorb that. What do you all recommend? Just wear antiperspirant or is there a type of undershirt with a shorter sleeve without being sleeveless you all recommend? Thank you and I hope you all are having a great Monday!

I use the Falke beige undershirt, with climate control. They’re a nude colour so, for me, they don’t show under a white business shirt. Not cheap, but the quality is excellent, so they should last. I had to hunt to find them and ended up buying online from Harrods of all places - https://www.harrods.com/en-ae/p/falke-daily-climate-control-t-shirt-000000000007516586. They are a tight fit so they don’t add any bulk under a business shirt. They also do a v-neck for those who don’t wear a tie, but I can’t find any available online anymore. Anyway, there seem to be many other similar brands available online offering the same thing. I actually got the idea watching my wife choose her nude underwear to not show under a white outfit and it occurred to me that there must be something similar for men to wear under a white shirt! After 30 years of wearing a visible white vest/singlet! 🫠

The overcoat is an absolute timeless classic and always a great look. But I’m a huge fan of the double breasted look, and I think the peacoat looks very sharp, and gets my vote!
