What do you think about procrastination
I was thinking that in different projects, styles, situations, and so on people research forever and delay constantly. What do you think procrastination really is. And does it happen to you or are you immune

Lack of immediate need. Lack of activity's importance. If something on my todo list isn't aligned with something important, or if I can group it with other activities that will occur at a later time, I will push it off. If I can keep an option open for potential better outcomes, I will delay as long as practical.
Chore Jacket & Office Vibes
Yesterday, I sported this outfit for my weekly office hustle. Since I received a very positive feedback on RMRS on my casual date night dress with my new chore coat, I decided to dress up for the office by swapping the Tee in this outfit (https://www.skool.com/rmrs/the-dressier-chore-coat?p=3d485016) with a royal blue shirt (with very small prints). I also brought in my chocolate brown derbies for the moccasins and wore tan crew socks to complete the look. THE TOP: Button up shirt with small prints (dots) in royal blue (100% cotton and wrinkle resistant). THE LAYER: Sand chore coat in cotton twill (9 Oz) THE BOTTOM: Beige MTM chinos with high waist. THE WATCH: Brown strap, gold-on-silver dial frame. THE FOOTWEAR: Brown derbies. THE BELT: Tan (reversible with black leather). THE SOCKS: Crew in beige. THE PERFUME: Solid cologne. There is small detail worth noting. After pulling my jacket sleeves up to my elbows, I folded my shirt sleeves and then folded the sleeves of the jacket to get a double fold look with about half-an-inch peep of the shirt fabric underneath the jacket folded sleeves. This took some time to achieve; nevertheless, I am not complaining 🙂! I got a couple of complements ("great jacket" and "looking superb" 🙂) from my colleagues. Of course, your feedback is most welcome! Cheers.

I like all of it, including the sock choice.

@Srini A I try to make my socks blend in. They might be a color in between the pant and the shoe. Maybe closer to the shoe color of closer to the pant color depending on which transition I want to hide or show more.
Which is the Real Issue? (Humor)
In the midst of all the turmoil in our world, I like to look for humor, sometimes accompanied by a dose of irony, confusion or just minor bewilderment. This is a sign I observed above a urinal in the restroom of a large humanitarian organization in Washington DC. My first thought was, “Ok, I hereby promise not to do any of the aforementioned acts.” But then I focused on the word “paperclips”. I wondered if this was really an issue. Is this an isolated problem? Something initiated or maybe exacerbated by Covid? A regional tradition? Brothers, I have to confess, I was unaware of the practice of throwing paper lips in a urinal! Was it just an isolated case of a man relieving himself while perusing a recently received manuscript and in the process losing said paper clip? Of course, this lead my brain to wonder how often this curious (and apparently heinous) act occurs, that it warrants an official warning? And then I question the personality of the person with the authority and responsibility for protecting the integrity of said urinal. Is this so egregious and/or common an act as to warrant an official written warning? Obviously, I will probably never know the true answers to my questions. But brothers, I have to ask, have you ever been tempted to throw a paperclip into a urinal?

I thought hard about this case, but decided to throw in the towel.
Shopping for AI-generated Clothes
We have had fun with AI as seen in the following photos based on my son, Nick, who is 6'2" and size 3XLT. He is a musician (bass) who plays at weddings, corporate events, jazz shows, and other events that may include R&B, sould, gospel, and Latin music. Other than his obligatory black suit, he did like these images that I made for him. The problem is actually finding anything like them in person or even on-line. We walks through the Scottsdale fashion mall, for example, yesterday looking for what might look exciting on him. We came away feeling empty - just mostly bland items. Where should we shop?

We had a lot of fun with other possibilities, but Nick thinks blue is not his color, other than navy, and green is more his color.

@Alex Kilpatrick We were looking in Dillard's this weekend and just found a shortage of more outrageous flashy clothing antwhere in the mall.
Yellowing shirts
Good morning, gents! I’m back at work this week, and with the summer heat (plus carrying a rucksack), I’m trying to avoid the dreaded sweat-stained shirt. It feels like a problem we’ve all been battling for years. I’ve already switched to linen shirts, which definitely helps keep me cooler, but it doesn’t completely solve the problem. Here’s my dilemma: if I wear an undershirt, I end up feeling even hotter and sweating more. If I skip the undershirt, I still sweat and risk staining my white and light blue shirts. So what’s the best solution? Are there any tricks, fabrics, or products you’ve found that genuinely help keep shirts looking fresh in hot weather? My only other option is turning up to the office shirtless… but I suspect HR might have a few questions. 😅

I have been wearing undershirts from "Mr. Davis" company. Thet are made of bamboo. I find them thermally neutral. I ordered some for my son and he said that it changed him from having sweat-soaked clothes to not having that. It tends to send the sweat out across the material before it lets it jump over to your outer layer. Two first-hand accounts from my family.
