Which One Are You Going to Be?
A lot of people are quick to tell you their sad story. How unfair things are. How “unlucky” they’ve been. How “traumatic” their life was. How powerless they are to change anything. That’s why they lose. Because playing the victim might make you feel better for a moment… …but it never moves you forward. Winners don’t operate like that. They don’t look for handouts. They don’t wait for pity. They don’t ask for sympathy. They take what they have… …and they win with it. Remember this: Some people will have it easier than you. Some people will have it harder than you. Either way… It has nothing to do with what you’re capable of doing with your life. So what are you going to do? Keep wasting time complaining about how unlucky you are? Stay stuck in that story forever? Or take what you have… …and run with it? It’s your choice. The world doesn’t need more victims. It needs winners. Which one are you going to be? ~ Andy Frisella

I'd rather talk about what's happening next than what happened.

Perfection is the enemy of good enough. Is "good enough" good enough?
Midlife crisis??
I think I have hit that point in life where everyone starts to question themselves: these are my questions that keep running through my mind. - Have I been successful in my life? - Am I a good enough husband and father? - Is my career going somewhere ? - Am I leading a good life, and being a great role model for my kids? - Am I a good person, friend, colleague? - Do I try hard enough to succeed and be a leader in my field of work? - And many more thoughts as well. I’m sure there is a a lot more I could add to this list. Im sure I’m just overthinking things, but lately I’ve been asking myself these questions. I’m pretty sure we all have been there. I’m thinking of ways I can answer those questions and still second guess myself. I’m sure this will pass, but I think I’ve hit a wall and not sure how to come out of it. It’s probably me overthinking and underestimating myself and my life, but it has me slightly depressed. Just a thought, and figured I would share with my fellow friends. Let me know your thoughts.

Define "good enough" and accept that good enough is good enough.

Custom shirt material
Hey gents! I am going for a relaxed tuxedo look (no tie and top button opened). I was Alton Lane and found a shirt material that I like, but they don’t offer it in black. I was wondering if anyone could help me find some other place to get a shirt made with this material/pattern in black or close to it. It’s 100% cotton called Irving Powder Blue Diamond Dobby.

Pretty. I just got a blazer MTM from Alton Lane I have to go pick up, and I am curious to see how they did. I know the same place also measures for the Alton Lane MTM shirts and was thinking of trying one, although my tailor does sell Proper Cloth and similar that comes out cheaper overall.
